Stator and Rotor Laminations, Segments

We specialize in the production of stator and rotor laminations, as well as segments and pole plates, in both small and large batches. Manufactured with precision, these laminations are primarily made from dynamo steel grades ranging from M235 to M1000, or from DC01 steel, copper, or other materials. They are produced from coils or sheets with thicknesses of 0.35 mm, 0.50 mm, 0.65 mm, and 1.00 mm, with the possibility of up to 2.00 mm, depending on specific requirements and feasibility.

Own Tool Shop

We have our own tool shop, where we design and manufacture fixtures for stamping, stacking, and machining. In addition to production, we also maintain our tools to ensure their long-term precision and reliability. This in-house capability allows us to optimize our processes, reduce downtime, and maintain the highest quality standards in every stage of production.

We use 3-axis machining centers, conventional center lathes, CNC shaft lathes, wire EDM machines, cylindrical and surface grinders, CNC surface grinding machines, drilling machines, CNC milling machines, and horizontal milling machines.

Testing for Demanding Applications

The components we manufacture undergo rigorous testing and measurement to ensure exceptional quality. With high-resolution frequency assessments and hysteresis loss coefficient analysis, we guarantee precise and reliable results. Combining advanced technologies with premium-quality materials, our laminations are designed to excel in the most challenging industrial environments.

Our Stamping Facilities and Manufactured Products

Our facility is equipped with advanced machinery, including the CNC stamping line Weingarten HS 250 for laminations up to 1,000 mm wide and the HUQ 250 Weingarten cutting line for precise circular cuts. The ŽĎAS LKDE 400 cutting line handles circles and segments up to 1,000 mm with a pressing force of 4,000 kN. The Schuler A2-200 progressive automatic press efficiently processes coils up to 250 mm wide. Additionally, we operate a range of automatic, semi-automatic, and segment notching machines.
