Our generators are widely used in various types of power plants, including small hydro, nuclear, steam, and gas power plants, as well as other applications like marine and traction systems. We offer both synchronous and asynchronous generators.
Synchronous generators are the most sought-after among our range of generators. A team of experienced engineers customizes each design, ensuring machine efficiency and low purchase and operating costs. Additionally, these products prioritize compact size, minimal maintenance needs, and peak performance. For steam and gas power plants, the upper output limit is 50,000 kVA.
Series of asynchronous generators with squirrel cage is suitable for all types of hydro turbines with outputs up to 1.6 MW. This series meets the specific requirements for alternators intended for this application. The main features are durable construction and sufficiently dimensioned machine parts. Asynchronous machines do not need any regulator and, thanks to their simpler construction, they have a good return of investment even with lower outputs at a hydropower plant.
The rotor is executed with regard to a possible occurrence of increased rotational speed. The generators are destined both for parallel operation with the mains and for single operation. Thanks to a wide range of variants and accessories we can fulfill broad demands of customers; horizontal or vertical design, antifriction or slide bearings, extended shaft end according to demand, buildup of terminal boxes, etc.
Generators in small hydro power plants are known for their compact design and ease of installation, making them ideal for various hydroelectric applications. They deliver an efficient solution tailored to meet specific turbine parameters and the operational needs of each power plant.
We specialize in manufacturing both synchronous and asynchronous generators tailored for zones ranging from BT2 to BT4. Our generators play a crucial role in ensuring reliable and continuous power supply in nuclear power plants, meeting the stringent requirements of safety and efficiency demanded by this industry.
A steam power plant turbine functions as a rotating heat engine, transforming the pressure and kinetic energy of steam into mechanical rotational movement, propelling the shaft. Subsequently, the generator, powered by this steam turbine, produces electricity. The generated performance ranges up to 50,000 kVA. A variety of heat sources, including coal, gas, biogas, waste, or nuclear energy, can be utilized to produce the steam required for this process.
A specialized electrical generator system engineered specifically for railway locomotives, designed to fulfill two essential functions. First, it delivers the traction power required to drive the locomotive’s propulsion system. Second, it provides electrical energy for auxiliary systems, supporting the locomotive’s operations and ensuring passenger comfort.
Additionally, our generators are versatile and can be utilized in a wide range of other industrial and transport applications.
We invite you to discover how our tailored approaches have successfully met the unique needs of our customers.
