Transformation of TES VSETIN s.r.o. to TES VSETIN a.s.
📢 🆕 We would like to inform our business partners that as of the 1st November, 2023, the company TES VSETÍN s.r.o. was transformed to the company TES VSETIN a.s. With this step, we completed the last stage, which was connected with the change of our owners (February 2023).
The goal 🎯 of the new company is to continue the development of the existing business and production activities, i.e. production of electric rotating machines and their individual components, automation with focus to deliver comprehensive solutions for our key customers in this segment, as well as the possibility of strategic growth of the company in the coming years.
