Industrial Automation

Our automation solutions may be used in a wide range of applications with varying levels of production automation. We offer a complex supply of automatic machines in accordance with specific requirements. Machines for individual programmed tasks – cleaning, assembly, manufacturing, transportation, testing etc. – or entire production lines which are part of a larger production process.

In the simplest applications, our programmable automatic units are included in control systems operated by low-voltage distribution boards. They feature small GUI control panels or standard control panels with switches and indicators. In more demanding applications, two-level control systems with various types of PLC devices are designed. The selection of a suitable PLC system depends on the user’s operating practice and on the optimal ratio between price and technical requirements. The flexibility of our equipment allows the addition of different subsystems, including various BMS devices.

EPLAN is used to prepare the documents (electrical drawings, technical specifications, terminal diagrams, cable lists, box schematics and equipment description). Design and mechanics drawings are created in Solid Edge. On the request of the customer, all the documents may be provided in electronic form (e.g. on a CD).

Our complex solution includes the preparation of the design; supply of all equipment including mechanical components, assembly, commissioning, staff training and inspection of lines; and post-warranty service.

Special-purpose Machines

We develop and build specialized single-purpose machines and production lines according to specific customer requirements. Our machines and devices can accommodate a wide range of applications in your manufacturing facility - from simple tasks to sophisticated production processes. We offer our customers a comprehensive package: development and design of the product, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning and service. The project may also involve the refurbishment of your older machines.

Electric Drives

Electric drives are used in single-motor and multi-motor machines, technological lines and other applications. Our solution includes project development, software development and the supply of electrical equipment, including all wiring, sensors and other components as required by the customer. We can offer new products as well as refurbished and upgraded older equipment. We also offer the option of having your original drives and control systems overhauled and modernized, including their power supplies and other necessary accessories, in order to maintain or improve their existing operability.

As a SIEMENS Solution Partner, we use and offer their reliable components. Thanks to the Siemens SIMATIC, SINUMERIC and SIMODRIVE control systems we can use AC and DC converters to implement our projects.

We also use quality components from other renowned suppliers, such as Control Techniques, Beckhoff, Controltech, etc., as well as distribution boards from Telemecanique, Schrack, and Rittal.
